My name is Whitney Bailey and I'm a native of Clarksdale, MS.  I started Whitney's Boutique online in May 2015.  The business began to flourish and I opened my first storefront Feburary 24, 2018 in my hometown of Clarksdale.  As I've always had a passion for fashion, I strive to deliver fashionable apparels and accessories.  My goal is to promote the inner and outer beauty of every woman I encounter.
